Lactation Support
Aloha! I am Rachel Litchfield, an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), providing in-home and virtual lactation education and support both before and after the baby(ies) arrival. I bring a pediatric medical scale and the necessary tools/supplies to provide a comprehensive lactation assessment. During our consult, we are able take our time to get an idea of the whole picture and work together to come up with a plan of care that suits your and your family's specific needs. Breastfeeding is not a one size fits all and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Breastfeeding is a whole-body experience for the infant. I take a holistic approach when assessing oral function. I am experienced in the assessment of oral restrictions (tongue, lip and cheek ties) and can provide care and guidance to maximize oral function.
