Postpartum Doula 

Offering personalized, practical, emotional and evidence-based support for the whole family in the 4th trimester. My goal is to help ease the transition of bringing a new baby home, whether it is the 1st baby or 4th. Having a postpartum doula has been shown to decrease the odds of postpartum mood disorders and increases breastfeeding success.

Services can include (but aren't limited to):

  • Newborn feeding support

  • Helping with newborn care, such as diaper changes, naps, and bathing 

  • Newborn care education & support

  • Preparing nourishing meals 

  • Light household tasks, such as washing dishes and laundry 

  • Observing parents for signs & symptoms of postpartum mood disorders

  • Resources and referrals as necessary

Pricing

$45/ in home intake consultation to discuss the planned role for your postpartum doula set expectations for services (can be applied towards a package). Approx. 60min.

Hourly:

$35 / daytime 

$45 /after-hours*

*5:00pm-12:00am, 5am -8am and weekends

Travel fees:

Free/ 0-45min from Kona Airport 

$25/ 46-60min from Kona Airport 

$30/ 61-75min from Kona Airport 

$35/ 76-90min from Kona Airport

  • A $280 deposit is due at signing of the agreement. Applied towards the first 8 hours of daytime service. 

  • Minium 2 hours for families located in Kona.

  • Minium 4 hours for families located in Captain Cook, Waikoloa or Waimea.

Packages

All packages include personalized care tailored to your family's specific needs, and an intake consultation to discuss your goals, the planned role for your postpartum doula, and set expectations for services.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of signing to lock in your dates.

Welcome home

Provides 24 hours of support over the first 2 to 4 weeks. Includes 16 hours of daytime support and 8 hours of after-hours support.

Stay awhile.

Provides 48 hours of support over 4 to 8 weeks. Includes 36 hours of daytime support and 12 hours of after-hours support.

4th trimester

Provides 96 hours of support over the 12 weeks of welcoming baby(ies) home. Includes 80 hours of daytime support and 16 hours of after-hours support.
